Citroen C4 Grand Picasso Software Update
I had a software update in my 2014 C4 Picasso in July and it is much better. It is now faster to use and some of the buttons have moved location. Still not perfect but so much faster that it is now OK to use rather than a nuisance. Re: C4 Picasso software update at home Post by GiveMeABreak » Sat May 07, 2016 4:05 pm Yes - no problems with that as in a way it is a sort of 'learning' routine or an initialisation procedure that can be applied - without changing the software itself.
Massive apologies as I’m new, but I have been hunting around for accurate Aussie maps and the latest software for my “new” second hand Citroen C4 2014 Grand Picasso. I am loooooving the car, but the navigation system seems rather nasty as I cannot search for locations easily. I am also keen to utilise Apple car play. Manual de istorie clasa a 12 a editura economica preuniversitara. Can that be done via update? So my question.
Is there a list of recommended software/firmware/updates or do I just update with the latest smeg that I can find? Here are photos from the setting area indicating the files currently in use. [Only registered and activated users can see links. Unfortunately, the hardware of our cars is not prepared for that. The new cars ( after the 2016 facelift) are prepared with Apple Car play and Android Auto. However, you can update it to the last firmware.
It´s a bit better (faster to boot). Is there a manual for the right update process? I don't want to make a mistake.Use an usb key bigger than 2Go, lower than 16Go, in fat32.
Copy the folder 'SMEG_PLUS_UPG' on the usb key. (the folder itself, not juste its contents) Plug the usb key in the glove box, the system check the files and ask you for update.
Say yes and wait approx. Don't stop engine or remove the key during update. The system reboot and it's done!
That's my method. Works fine for each update on my 308. (it's not my best english, I hope it's understanding).
The tables on this page represent lists of vehicles that are compatible with the OBD standard (EOBD or OBD2 depending on the country). Compatible vehicles can be diagnosed using generic (multibrand) ELM327 interfaces. Table utility There are several uses: • While the official dates for implementing the standard have been defined, manufacturers have implemented the standard more or less early.
The list can be used (if your vehicle is on it), to know in advance if you can buy an ELM interface and whether it will work with your vehicle. • The second piece of useful information is the 'level' of implementation of the standard. In general, the more recent your vehicle, the more diagnoses you can do on it. The tables list the support modes and their parameters.
How was this list written? We asked the users of our EOBD-Facile software to help create this list by returning their 'log' file of the connection to their vehicle.
In exchange for this contribution, the software functions are available for free. The exact procedure is explained on the page. Understanding sets of figures in the tables To understand these figures, corresponding to the parameters (PID), we have included a small program free of charge in our software.
It is available from the file menu and PID Decoder.
