None of the source code for the executable files (*.exe) is included in the source code, however. It's really just a GUI wrapper for the tools. Things like /driver/nesmini_driver.exe and /tools/unpackbootimg.exe are still binaries and should still be vetted (maybe they are from somewhere else? Are they madmonkey's?).

Edit: I have used the aforementioned program (just on my old laptop that's not connected to the internet) and it absolutely worked great!
