Zelfs als je de deur opent, blijft het pompgeluid hoorbaar. Resetten helpt niet. Het zeepbakje blijft gesloten.

It turned out that the tap wasn't the problem. I had a service man come over to repair the bl**dy thing. He said it was a defective controller and replaced it. Still no luck. He then said the heater(electronics) had also gone, and the machine was a total loss. He put the old controller back and left (after charging €70,-). I then wanted to be ABSOLUTELY sure that there wasn't anything else (I had a hard time believing 2 circuitboards breaking down together) and looked for water at the ground plate (?).

It took a syringe and a straw (Yes, my middle name is MacGyver), but I got 200 ml out. That made a trip-switch drop (lower right hand corner behind the left side plate) and solved the error!

However, the source of the problem is a relatively small leak of the other valve that controls a switch (it has a blue floater if that helps and is located directly to the left of the other switch). At each washing cycle, approx. 50ml water leaks. I now wonder if there is a way to order and replace the faulty element myself. Where can I order spare parts and is it difficult to replace?
