The FLEXnet connect that I had was left over from my 10.40 installation. I tried installing on a virgin PC (never seen all data before) and once you install the crack, crashes with error 4502. On one PC with the 10.40 install, it worked. On another PC with 10.40, the 10.53 didn't work because I had taken out the FLEXnet folder in c: programdata. Seems like the 10.53 image doesn't come with it anymore. Also, the included software update manager install/uninstall files do NOT install to the proper location, so all data still doesn't see FLEXnet.

Short story long: install 10.40 then 10.53 then cracked 10.52.
